How do I go about the Batch Filing?

After setting the Batch Filing to your account, you will be able to upload an Excel spreadsheet containing your ISFs/ Entries information, that will generate the filing in the eezyimport app. If you’re not sure how to adjust your ERP data to the spreadsheet, our support team is here to help.

Can I upgrade/ downgrade my subscription?

Yes, you can choose to upgrade your subscription instantly. If you wish to downgrade or cancel your subscription, you can choose to automatically do so at the end of the subscription period. Simply reach out and our support team will be happy to assist

When sharing a company, will all the employees receive notifications?

Yes, our notifications are sent to all the subscribed users under the same shared company.
